Q: The games don't work, what should I do?
A: The games on LogLod.Com are using the Flash or Shockwave plug-ins.If you don't have this plug-ins you can download it by clicking on links below.
Q: I do have Adobe Flash and Adobe Shockwave installed, but the games still don't work or I get a security warning.
A: May be this would be Adjust the security settings.
Internet Explorer

- Select Internet Options.
- Then select Security.
- Set the slider for "Security level for this zone" to "medium".
- Click OK.
Q: All games seem to work except the 3D games.
A: Some 3D games are using DirectX or OpenGL. If it's not installed on your computer, you can download the latest version of DirectX

Q: The games load and work, but are running slowly.
A. Some games need a fast computer. If you have open many browser windows and applications close as many as you can. In some games you can reduce the quality settings by right clicking on the game, click on "quality", then select "low" or "medium".
Often it can help to install the latest video card drivers. Most computers use a video card from
ATI or
nVidia. If you don't know which one you have, please check your computer detals.

- Select Preferences.
- Click on the Advanced Tab.
- Click on the History.
- Click on Empty Now and wait a minute.
